We believe in measurable success.

While it is clearer than ever that all organisations must adopt more sustainable business practices, the road to get there is not one-size-fits-all. This is why the Sustainability Group leverages our 42 years of experience to create bespoke and innovative strategies that build on our clients’ existing infrastructure and capabilities. Our clients achieve measurable success in a way that their customers appreciate, and markets value.

We believe in measurable success.

The Sustainability Group was founded from the belief that it made good business sense for enterprises to measure, communicate and grow value in both financial and social terms. See first-hand how we have been helping companies around the world achieve greater economic and environmental performance.

Soho House

Client: Founded by Nick Jones in 1995, Soho House is a home for creative people to come together. A platform that fosters creativity in all its forms, and a place to share ideas and make connections in physical and digital spaces. Since the first House opened at 40 Greek Street in London’s Soho, Soho House now includes 27 Houses in 10 countries, as well as restaurants, spas, workspaces and cinemas.

Client Requirements: As retained advisors, The Sustainability Group has supported Soho House in the creation and consolidation of their global sustainability and social impact programmes and ESG Framework. We helped to create ‘House Foundations’, a programme of social responsibility initiatives that represent the foundations of Soho House, bringing together diversity and inclusion, mentorship, apprenticeships, social and environmental causes.

Delivery: The sustainability policies and actions developed for Soho House have been tailored to reflect their culture and commitment to incrementally improving their positive environmental and climate impact and minimising the negative environmental footprint of the group

The policies developed focus on enhancing the wellbeing of guests and teams and improving the experience of visiting a Soho House establishment. From ethical frameworks for global expansion, to energy, sourcing and behaviour change, the aim has been to make living a sustainable life creative, accessible and inclusive by curating a considered environment and atmosphere where the complexities of living within our means can be achieved through design, sourcing and solution-based ideas.

The Sustainability Group also developed and delivered the ESG framework that underpinned their successful IPO on the New York Stock Exchange in July 2021.
